Back and arm cushions loose-fill
DaniLine
DaniLine is the most widely used construction in loose-fill cushions. The cushion is built up in the desired number of channels. The hardness/softness is determined by the type of filling and the amount of filling.
The cushion has an inside seam with min. 8 stitches per 2 cm, making the seam down- and feather-proof.
This construction is suitable for back, arm and seat cushions.
Features:
The cushion is easy to shape as desired. For example, the back cushion can come with extra filling in the lower channel to provide optimal lumbar support. The comfort of the cushion varies according to the type and quantity of filling chosen. The channels hold the filling in place, minimising the need for propping up.
DaniBox
The cushion is built up in the desired number of squares.
Larger back cushions can be made with 9 or 12 squares, so that the filling "wanders" as little as possible.
The hardness/softness is determined by the choice of filler and quantity.
The cushion has an inside seam with min. 8 stitches per 2 cm, making the seam down- and feather-proof. This construction is primarily suitable for back and arm cushions and in particular for the larger back cushions.

The comfort of the cushion varies according to the type and quantity of filling chosen. The squares hold the filling in place so it doesn't move unevenly around the cushion, minimising the need for propping up.
