Mix is our standard piece goods, and the one used for the vast majority of pillow cases in our manufacturing.

It is tightly woven and has been calendered (compressed), which makes the material particularly dense/feather proof.

Because of the above properties, mix is our preferred piece goods for manufacturing pillows with feathers and down in the filling.

The feather proofness of the piece goods is tested according to the Air permeability test DIN standard 53887.

The weight of the piece goods is 160 grammes per m2.

Our fire-retardant piece goods are a feather proof material made of 100% cotton.

The piece goods are used for pillowcases for pillows, where fire safety requirements are paramount, and to a large extent for suppliers to the UK market.
