Seat cushions loose-fill
DaniCore
DaniCore is built with a foam core surrounded by loose filling. The cushion can be designed as reversible or non-reversible as desired.
This construction is often made with channel stitching. The core can be made with a wedge in the leading edge or extra wadding attached.
The cushion has inside seams with min. 8 stitches per 2 cm, making the stitching down- and feather-proof. This construction is suitable for both back and seat cushions.
Features:
Seating comfort can be varied according to the type of foam core and filling. The construction with loose filling on the outside and foam in the middle gives a cushion a soft look but firm seating comfort. A very durable cushion with a long service life - especially if it is reversible. Gluing a wedge to the leading edge of the cushion, where it is under most load, will speed up its recovery, reducing the need to prop the cushion up.
DaniTop
DaniTop is made with a polyether or cold foam base and a loose-fill top. The top is sewn in channels, which gives ample opportunity to shape the seating comfort of the cushion as desired. The cushion has an inner seam with min. 8 stitches per 2 cm, which makes the stitching down- and feather-proof. The cushion is mainly used for seats and is not reversible.
Features:
The construction is perfect if you want a cushion that is not too soft, but can have the "look" a loose-fill cushion gives a sofa. Using the filling variants, the cushion can be made with the desired comfort.
The channels prevent the filling from "wandering", which means minimal maintenance.
Environmentally friendly glue without solvents is used in the production.
